    I would guess rear-endings are the most common fraud? Interesting. I am going to have to check out your book =)

    I think it's when it's a deliberate accident just to collect money and someone gets hurt.

    I would agree that the 'intentional' accident to obtain insurance money is the worst.

    Yea I would have to also agree with above about the accidently on purpose accidents.

    Its called "What is in for me". Everybody wants something for nothing but nobody wants to do what is right. The way, they see it, the insurance company is the one who pays out but there is the dominoes effect that no one see behind the scene.
