Thank you so much, MBA&M, for featuring Ms. Boughton's book! This is really inspiring to me. I gained 40 pounds when pregnant with my son, and lost 34 of it in the first 2 weeks post-birth (and having had a c-section & thus limited mobility, I was very proud of myself!). However, that "last 6 lbs" slowly, over the past 4 years, has turned into an *extra 25* that I need to lose!! I am definitely an emotional eater – food was love in my family growing up, it's how we take care of each other and show our love, not to mention comfort ourselves – and I also have a vicious addiction to sugar. I am thrilled to see this book that really focuses on sharing stories and providing reasonable alternative recipes to get you on the track of eating healthy; I'm not looking for a "counseling" book to deal with *why* I eat too much unhealthy stuff, just some good ideas for bad-food substitutions and some recipes that result in great-tasting food! I have a compulsion to *diligently* follow a recipe, so I could not have done what you did, Ms. Boughton, to even come up with these recipes by modifying what you're using to cook… So I am particularly appreciative that you have put your book out there for folks like myself and that now I can continue with my compulsion and diligently follow YOUR recipes! Thank you so much for sharing the results of your hard work with all of us! I can't wait to get this gem in my mailbox.

Thanks again, MBA&M, for another awesome interview!
